Rules & Requirements of the Fintastic

• No hard liquor permitted on board.
• Cancellations shall be made by mail or phone no later than thirty (30) days prior to said charter date. Full refund under these conditions only.
• Cancellations caused by inclement weather, rough seas, storm warnings, mechanical defect or any other conditions beyond the control of the Captain will be rebooked on a future date agreeable to charter party and Captain. The Captain has the final word concerning the vessel's sailing.
• The Captain may cancel any charter without refund for any of the following reasons:
  • said charter is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or acts in an unruly manner.
  • Possession of any illegal drugs on board the vessel Fintastic is prohibited by Federal Law. The Captain of this vessel has "Zero Tolerance" for illegal drugs, regardless of the quantity, being carried on board. All drugs will be reported to the U. S. Coast Guard, New Jersey State Police and U. S. Customs Service.
• Bring your own food and beverages - soda, hot soup, coffee, etc unless otherwise arranged. A reasonable amount of beer and or wine is permitted. If you plan on drinking to excess, charter another boat.
• All federal and state catch regulations will be enforced.
• Dress warmly and in layers. Bring a bathing suit and suntan lotion during the summer months and lightweight rain gear for inclement weather.
• Wear sneakers or non-slip shoes. Dress shoes are not appropriate. Bring a jacket, sunglasses and a hat.
• Bring a cooler for fish, but leave it in your car until we get back to the dock.
• Bring a healthy attitude and be prepared to enjoy your day.
